Stay With Elite
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, booking, or using any services provided by Stay With Elite (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Booking & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
3. Identification & Verification
Guests must provide valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
The Company reserves the right to deny check-in if proper identification is not provided or if verification fails.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Unauthorized overstay will result in additional charges equivalent to one full day’s tariff or more.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking and property.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after applicable deductions.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case liability shall be limited to refunding the amount paid.
6. Use of Property
The property shall be used strictly for residential purposes only.
Commercial use, parties, events, or gatherings are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of stay without refund and may be reported to authorities.
7. Occupancy Restrictions
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
Exceeding the permitted occupancy or allowing unauthorized visitors may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests agree to:
Maintain decorum and not cause disturbance to neighbors
Comply with all house rules provided for the property
Refrain from unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
The Company reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of misconduct.
9. Damage & Security
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
The Company reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs, including additional administrative fees.
A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection, subject to deductions if applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay With Elite shall not be liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Injury, illness, accident, or death during the stay
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and belongings.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Bookings made through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) are also subject to the respective platform’s terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse service or accommodation to any individual without providing a reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
